- facilitate opportunities and prospects of domestic enterprises development in accordance with the needs of the armed forces and military units of the repubic of kazakhstan as well as to promote their products to foreign markets.
- attract the largest foreign developers and manufacturers of military products to the republic of kazakhstan and develop cooperation with local enterprises in the field of joint production and modernization of weapons and military equipment.
- create favorable conditions for mutually beneficial networking among producers and consumers of defense industry products, for exchanging of experience in technology and engineering issues the armed forces of the republic of kazakhstan
