your tasks
- lead and manage all aspect of sales management, business activities to achieve sales target and expand market share in telecommunication, government and regulatory sector
- develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and market share
- manage and grow key relationships with government/regulatory and other major accounts
- build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team
- identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into long-term customers, and build strategic partnerships to deal closure and post-sales support
- build and manage a robust sales pipeline to support business growth objectives
- understand customer needs, propose effective solutions, and resolve issues promptly
- maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and leads using the crm system
- provide regular updates to management on sales forecasts, project progress, pipeline status, performance reports and market trends
- prepare quotations, lead contract negotiations, and close deals successfully
- collaborate and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, technical, regulatory and service teams to provide feedback and ensure alignment on customer needs and market insights
- maintain a high level of market awareness and competitor intelligence
- ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements
