your tasks:

act as coordinating and advisory link between the global and local web teams
functionally manage the local web service team
define, optimize and monitor web related it service management processes
coordinate external web service providers and partners in the implementation of it web services/operations
establish and ensure governance (e.g. documentation, it security, audits, etc.)
communicate goals and tasks between all parties involved in the web service area
create, define and work with team to achieve targeted process kpis
analyze cases and indicators, identify patterns or deviations, and propose improvements to web service processes
define and request changes to the itsm solution as it relates to web processes
analyze internal customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction trends and define remediation plans

your qualifications:

minimum of 3 years professional experience in the management of it services
degree in information systems, technology management, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
proven project management skills
sound understanding of it infrastructures and services
iso 20000 or itil (at least foundation level) certification preferred
strong customer and service orientation, resilience and conflict resolution
hands-on mentality, ability to work in a team and good communication skills at all levels
flexibility to quickly adapt to new situations and challenges
ability to question the status quo and rewrite standard process and procedures to enhance efficiency
strong written and verbal communication skills
able to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10 – 20%
in-depth understanding of cultural diversity and expectations of managing a geographically spread organization
ability to prioritize a multitude of tasks with excellent time management skills
