responsible for the end-to-end delivery of emc systems used for emc testing. serve as the technical expert, providing comprehensive training to both internal team members and external customers to improve their knowledge and skills in emc testing and technologies.

your tasks

deliver high-quality emc systems that meet compliance standards and customer requirements
develop and deliver training and competency programs for internal staff and external customers
improve team competency in emc through regular training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
serve as the technical expert on emc systems, providing guidance and support for system design, integration, and delivery
collaborate with technical experts across different r&s subsidiaries on competency-related topics
stay updated with the latest advancements in emc standards, technologies, and industry practices
serve as a trainer and speaker for internal and external workshops, sharing expertise and promoting best practices in emc
conduct emc testing in the company's chamber facility

your qualifications

degree in electronics/electrical/communications engineering, or a related field
minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
knowledge of emc standards, regulations, and testing procedures
experience in conducting emc testing will be an added advantage
excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly
strong problem-solving and analytical skills
