your tasks:

creation of ux designs for the corporate website
conception, wireframing, design of digital applications for internal and external stakeholders
creation of ui concepts and recommendations for action with the help of common analysis tools such as hotjar and adobe analytics
independent planning and implementation of design-thinking workshops with business stakeholders
advising the departments on applicable ux best practices
creation of documentation and maintenance of the design system
work with web developers on new business requests, check for quality control, follow-through with implementation on live system

your qualifications:

knowledge of agile project management (scrum)
completed studies in the field of media design, marketing, ux design or a comparable field of study
minimum 3 years professional experience in the technical b2b environment
experience with adobe creative suite and common prototyping tools (e.g., adobexd, sketch, figma, invision)
knowledge of common frameworks (e.g. angular bootstrap)
experience with atlassian jira & confluence as well as the common office 365 products
experience using a cms (preferably firstspirit)
basic knowledge of html, java and css
comfortable working independently and with an international team
strong written and verbal communication skills
able to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10 – 20%
