your tasks:
- incident, problem resolution & service request management for global cms operations utilizing our itsm tool (service now)
- design, develop and provide cms training for internal business stakeholders
- create and maintain cms training materials for users (knowledgebase articles, documentation, videos, tips/tricks, etc.)
- communicate monthly application release updates and system downtimes to users
- troubleshoot technical cms issues
- test new web components, modules and features
- collaborate with global marketing automation and crm teams
- update complex localizations for global pages
- consult on page design, optimizations, seo, and guidelines
- advise users of best practices and highlight successes
- analyze performance of a/b tests, regional programs, etc.
